Booking and Reservations

All bookings and reservations made through GOMYSAFAR are subject to availability and confirmation.

Flight bookings are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the respective airlines and may be governed by the rules and regulations of IATA and ARC.

GOMYSAFAR acts solely as an intermediary between clients and airlines for flight bookings and shall not be liable for any changes, cancellations, or disruptions to air travel services.

Payment and Pricing:

All prices quoted by GOMYSAFAR are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

Payment for airfare and other travel services may be processed through ARC-accredited payment channels in compliance with ARC's accreditation requirements

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, although GOMYSAFAR will try to notify clients of any price adjustments as soon as possible

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellation policies for airfare and other travel services are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective airlines and suppliers.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed under the refund policies of the airlines and suppliers, subject to any applicable fees or penalties.

Travel Documents and Insurance

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and vaccinations, are valid and up to date.

GOMYSAFAR strongly recommends that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.

Responsibilities and Liabilities

GOMYSAFAR acts only as an intermediary between clients and airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers. We assume no liability for any loss, injury, or damage incurred as a result of actions or omissions by these providers.

Clients are responsible for their conduct and adherence to the terms and conditions of travel imposed by airlines, hotels, and other suppliers

Changes and Amendments

Changes or amendments to bookings may be accommodated subject to availability and any applicable fees or penalties imposed by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.

Requests for changes or amendments must be submitted in writing and confirmed by GOMYSAFAR and the relevant suppliers before they can be considered finalized

By proceeding with a booking or reservation with GOMYSAFAR, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions imposed by airlines, hotels, and other suppliers.
